ABOUT ME

I’ve been coaching for the last seven years and working in performance psychology as a consultant for nearly 10 years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a fascination with how the mind works and the connection between the brain, heart and body. I am always curious about people’s unique (sometimes hidden) talents and finding ways to hone and tap into these. I love working with people from all walks of life from Execs, Creatives, Entrepreneurs with start-ups to individuals searching for new purpose going through career and life changes.

My approach is underpinned by a passionate belief in potential and the ability to work in a flexible way suited to the specific individual or organisation that I am working with. I always adapt to people’s different needs and life circumstances because ‘what we do (for a living)’ doesn’t happen in a bubble that is independent from the rest of our lives. My mission is to help people to be integrated in their lives and grow in their sense of purpose and meaning found from their work. My coaching practice is drawn from different modalities including performance psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness. I take a holistic approach based on drawing from this knowledge.

I also deliver business coaching, working with leaders on presence, goal setting and strategy. As well as helping individuals and teams to navigate change to ultimately to be at their best. There is nothing that brings me more joy than getting the privilege of working with talented people, seeing them overcome challenges and truly flourish.

MY BACKGROUND

My coaching journey started when I studied my BSc in Psychology at Westminster University, following this I spent over 20 years working in communications and consultancy. The majority of this work involved a collaborative coaching approach and enabled me to hone my natural intuition as a coach.

I undertook a Coaching qualification through Lane4 and Middlesex University which is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and holds a European Quality Award (EQA). I have since become an EMCC member and an accredited Practitioner level coach. I have delivered over 170 hours of 1:1 coaching over the last five years.

My many years of experience working in communications helps me to build relationships and support people and businesses alike to define their goals and articulate their visions.

I love to get the opportunity to express my creativity, in my spare time, I do this through photography, cookery, crafts and enjoy seeing as much music and art as I can squeeze in. I also love to travel and explore, understanding different cultures and how people connect with their environments. I feel particularly connected to spirituality and yoga through my time spent in India which is a place very close to my heart.
